Discharge of planning condition through modelling and specification of a barrier for rail noise mitigation.
Suono was instructed to support the discharge of a planning condition relating to noise from a nearby railway line impacting proposed residential amenity space. Through predictive noise modelling, an appropriately specified acoustic barrier was designed to mitigate rail noise to meet the requirements of BS 8233, thereby protecting future occupants.
